NONNA will exchange or issue store credit on non-sale items within 7 days (including weekends) of receiving your order. International orders must returned within 14 days (including weekends) of receiving your order. All goods must be unworn and in perfect condition along with the original receipt and tags. Please indicate why item is being returned and if you would like an exchange or store credit by sending an email to us at email@example.com. Exchanges are subject to availability, if an item is not in-stock, store credit will automatically be issued. Store credit will not be issued until the goods have been received and processed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. If there is a mistake on the part of NONNA (damaged or miss-shipped goods) we will reimburse customers for shipping using the same method of original purchase or store credit. We will not refund international duties or taxes.
